Geology & MineralizationÂ
The property is situated in the Northern Sierra Nevada geological province, with formations rich in metamorphic rocks, auriferous quartz veins, and paleo-placer channels. The Mt. Vernon Channel, part of the Great Blue Lead, is known for containing large gold nuggets and high-grade ore. Two distinct types of gold deposits exist here: auriferous quartz veins and paleo-placer deposits buried under volcanic materials, both of which have shown high potential for yield.

Mineral Resources & Reserves
The Mt. Vernon mine has proven placer gold reserves of 784,449 ounces, with an estimated value of over $1.5 billion based on current gold prices. The high-grade bedrock areas and the extensive placer channels offer substantial production potential. Future work will expand on these findings through additional exploration and development.
Immediate plans for excavation and production are underway.
Future Development Plans
With the existing infrastructure already in place—including underground tunnels, surface facilities, and processing equipment—the Mt. Vernon Gold Mine is positioned for continued exploration and production. Plans include rehabilitating additional underground workings, expanding exploration efforts, and improving site infrastructure to maximize resource extraction.
